Sara Yeong
Sara Yeong (Yeong Suet Sum) is Chief AI & Automation Officer (CAAO) at Arcbridge Digital Technologies, where she leads intelligent business systems and agentic automation. She is an AI and automation strategist, entrepreneur and offline-to-online (O2O) digital platform builder.
Her experience covers TikTok Shop, Shopee, cross-border e-commerce, digital transformation and AI-powered business systems. Her aim is to make AI and automation commercially useful, not just technologically impressive.
Sara holds a Master's degree in New Media from the University of Leeds (UK), which she completed as a Chevening Scholar during the reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Her work spans coding and television narratives.
She is a keynote speaker at AiSEAN Summit 2026 (8–9 December 2026, Hilton Hotel, KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur), speaking on how businesses can use AI and automation to reduce costs, grow revenue, unlock new business models and scale.
